"Squares and Circles" is an original abstract mixed-media piece measuring 27”x40”.

The pieces is the combination of six different segments, created seperately. Each segment is comprised of four different layers - one layer of water color; two layers of a black linear patterned linoleum block print, the second print rotated 90 degrees from the first; and a circular patterned linoleum block print, printed with the complimentary color of the first layer of watercolor.

The piece is an exploration of movement, symmetry, and color.
